The makers of Proactiv chose DMI to provide a 360 degree assessment of Hispanic market opportunities in the skin care category. Our recommendations to increase sales for Proactiv in the Hispanic market included: the development and production of new TV spots, talent identification for brand ambassadorship, website and mobile developments, search engine optimization, and training and assessment of inbound and customer service agents.

After witnessing increased sales for Proactiv, Guthy/Renker expanded DMI’s responsibilities to include work on its WEN and Meaningful Beauty brands.
